my sims 4 isnt loading its a black screen but the noise is on
please help i just bought sims 4 now everytime i try load it its black but the music is on but nothing else just black

Do you think, if I delete everything-sims and start over, that would make a difference? I’ll still check the anti virus but just want to know!
@Unknowngirl28 I think at best, you'd get one good launch of Sims 4 before you ended up in the same place. If something is blocking the game now, it's going to want to block the game again after a reinstall.
