my sims 4 pack is not showing up where it should
I recently got the sims 4 horse ranch as a gift. it was printed on a paper with all the info so i went to redeem it on EA. so i did and it all went fine until it got to a screen that says download now or download later, i hit download and the screen froze so i just had to hit download later. in the sims menu it says i have it but when i go to steam it says i don't have it. so i am curranty just looking how to download it. i have waited and try to redeem it again but nothing is working. i am still kinda new to the game so i need help
@_000_Sadie_000_ Steam doesn't recognize anything you own in the EA App. The content can still be used; it's just that Steam won't display it in your library.
Please open the EA App game library, click Sims 4, select Manage > Manage add-ons, and look for Horse Ranch on the list. If you see it, click Download. If you don't see it, click the Add-ons or DLC button near the top of the main Sims 4 page and find Horse Ranch on that list, then see whether you can download from there. Make sure you are NOT downloading an extra copy of the Sims 4 base game—that will confuse things and likely prevent some of your content from loading in-game.
