So backstory, I have been trying to move everything over to my external drive. That includes origin, my Sims 4 and the mods. In the process I have a Deleted or formatted my Sims 4 files completely off my external drive by accident without backing up. I ended up getting a recovery software that I ended up getting everything back however the files are broken. When I pull up the game My save files won’t show up at all is there a way to fix it?

But it's possible that all of your saves are corrupted beyond repair. Recovery software doesn't usually recover every bit of data, just enough for the programs that use the affected files to piece things together again. When the file is a spreadsheet and it's missing formatting or a few entries, it's simple enough to fix, but if Sims 4 can't even recognize a save, there's unfortunately nothing you can do.
