Try force closing the game. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and force close TS4.exe.
If you can't figure it out, try rebooting the game.
On the CC, it would suggest taking it all out and testing the game without it.
I will try it. I have the same problem too but if it doesn't work what can I do?
