my sims are pixelated since last update

What is your current game version number? Origin Version 10.5.82.43225 - 764121 Console version 1.31
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except My first Pet Stuff And Spooky Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime i open my game all the sims are pixelated - i cant tell one sim from the other. they all have beards which are black. the have whiute blocks over their body. even their cloths are pixelated. tghis has occured since the september 2020 update.
What do you expect to see? normal sims that i can tell one from the other.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. since the lastest update with was done automatic
i took a screen shot, but unable to find it on my pc
