my sims body has a permanent skirt
My sim always looks like she is wearing a skirt, even when i put jeans on her it looks like a denim skirt on top with jeans underneath. If she is wearing an actual skirt it looks normal until the bottom where there is a band of skin color in the shape of a skirt. I don't know how to fix this or why it's doing this. Its only for her everyday outfit and it looks normal in CAS

If it is a CC skirt it probably got glued to her files.
You can try to move the mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder.
Then check if she still has this skirt in the game.
If she will be OK you need to check your CC to find this one that caused this error.
Copy and paste your CC from the desktop to the new game folder every time checking if the game is OK, but if you have a lot of them divide them into smaller batches (50 pieces in one subfolder)
