enahpie Did you use custom content on this sim? If so, try changing the cc items to something else.
As mentioned above, there's still an issue with the Short Dirty Nails swatch:
Short dirty nail swatch causing Sim to look metallic | EA Forums - 12299478
So if you've used that, please remove it.
