My sims don’t move in San Myshuno

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1210
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Get Famous, Seasons, City Living, StrangerVille, Dine Out, Tiny Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It is always happening in San Myshuno, I have seen some players who have similar bugs.
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sims don’t move at all and they are stuck. This is happening only in San Myshuno though.
What do you expect to see? I want to play the game in this city and I want it to be fixed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My Sims don’t move at all in San Myshuno even though I used reset cheats to fix the bug. However, this is happening only in this city.

    @crinrict Like my Sim was reading a book and then she went to the bathroom to use the toilet. I cancelled the acts but it already freezed. Unfortunately, it is happening again and again ☹️

    @hazaldfidan Did some more testing on your save and I think it might be the computer.

    Try the following:
    - Load the family in the medina studio and invite your frozen Sim over
    - Switch back to your household and enter in build/buy mode.
    - Sell the computer
    - Play of a while to see if freezing occurs again

    This is just to see if there's any other sources then the computer (which is a known issue)
