My Sims game keeps verifying files on each launch of the game.

I repaired my game a few nights back since it was lagging a bit.  Origin kicked offline during the repair and wouldn't allow me to go back online mode.  I won't restarting my laptop as I was even abl...

I'm afraid that stopping the repair caused this error. Probably only reinstalling the whole game can help.
Reinstalling the game will not affect your saves or libraries that are in the Documents folder. Reinstallation of the game applies only to the installation folder which is located in another folder.
