@swcheppes Before you go through an entire reinstall, try repairing the game again. If that doesn't work, clear Origin's cache and repair again.

Uninstalling shouldn't be necessary, but if you do go that route, please first move the Sims 4 user data folder (or the Sims 4 Legacy Edition folder if you play that version) out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. Uninstalling usually doesn't delete this folder, but it can, and it's better to be safe than sorry.
