My sims keep disappearing when i load them from the gallery???

I have no idea. I load my sims from my gallery and they appear in the game but I cant control them and then suddenly they disappear either from the lot or when I go on manage worlds and come back in....

It might be the easiest.

Did you download them to a fresh save ?

@crinricttried doing it to a fresh save and it still didn't work even when I repaired the game so I might as well just redo it but thanks for the help

    did you add NOTHING back when trying a fresh save ? Did you see the other thread @kreatora  linked ?
