my sims won't open!!!!!! I have bought get to work and pets and dogs and i played it for 2 days and then today it won't open! The only thing that popped up was an error messeg and it said that the program wasn't install corectlly. i have tried to re install it and repair it but it just won't open but the error thing does!!!
I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEMS IS!! PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE WASTED 1 000KR ON THIS GAME AND IT WON'T OPEN PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Sen skriver du ett svar, och för att bifoga en fil klickar du på den gråa knappen med ett gem brevid nere till höger under skrivrutan. (står "Browse..." där)
Also, are you using any mods or cc in your game? Try to remove them and see if the game works better.
For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.
