My small business keeps vanishing

Since I updated my game 8/6/2025  Whenever I have loaded up my current save My small business disappears unless I go in to build or buy mode and then it loads but also clears the employees and have to rehire each time.   Forgot to add I so far have only used home lot small business unsure if it effects community ones.
