Need Help to Remove Legacy Edition From My Account

@giggy1017  The Sims 4 Legacy Edition was sunset at the end of last year and can no longer be installed or even launched.  At least that's been the case for months now.  So please post screenshots of what you're seeing: the LE trying to install, plus what happens when you try to launch the standard edition.

I've since reinstalled and canceled the download. The game was launching like it normally would but when I tried to use my save file it would say I'm missing every pack since university, even tho they were installed. I repaired the game and tried again, to get the same outcome. When I just reinstalled, I had to cancel the Legacy Edition installation because it tried installing again along with all my packs. Before I reinstalled, my files even showed a normal bin folder, and bin le folder, which made it clear it was definitely installed the first time.

@giggy1017  I'd still like to see screenshots of what's going on here.

Please also load the game to the Main Menu and find the version number in the lower-right area, then list it here.  I'd like the full number, as in, 1.xxx.xxx.xxxx.

As for the missing packs, please run searches for two or three of them.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Horse Ranch, you'd search for EP14 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs.

So I just now redownloaded it after a longer break and noticed this. Usually I can uninstall it but I haven't used EA for this game before. I was using origins for the longest time.

This install is on a clean pc. 3060ti, I5 gen 12 12600, windows 10. I keep reading it's "not here" anymore or that if you have an older pc you should have it (windows 7-8.1).. but mine isnt that old??? 

I couldn't choose what it installed or which dlcs or any of that. I couldn't in manage tell it to uninstall and now I am clueless and 45 min of googling it brought me here.
