New expansion packs not showing up in game

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.146.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and dogs, city living, island living, seasons. cottage living, discover university, parenthood
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? .
What happens when the bug occurs? I downloaded a new expansion pack and a new game pack and it says I own them but they are not shwoing up in the game.
What do you expect to see? I want my new packs to show up in the game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

My new packs will not show up in the game. I have tried restarting the game and clearing the cache on the EA app but nothing has worked.

    @Jenna12307  Please run a search for the folders for each of your new packs that aren't working.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and type in the name of the pack, for example Cats & Dogs is EP04.  You can find the full list here:

    Please post a screenshot of the results, making sure that the full file paths show for each entry.  If not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Repeat the process for the other missing pack.
