@seashellcats You should be able to run Sims 4 in DirectX 11 mode, and it should use that mode by default.
Does the game work with no mods or cc at all? Please test and let me know. I realize you probably don't want to play like this long-term, but it's important to establish whether this content is contributing to the issue.
It crashed again. Is my laptop good enough to play sims? I don’t know. My cc and mods are fine. I guess I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling…*sigh* My sims game is running on 32bit.

Sigh, I reinstalled it again, but this time I put -dx9 instead of DX11. Also, mods and cc are working so far. I had put it on laptop mode for now on to make sure it won’t crash this time. Also because of my hard drive. I guess my lesson is, if it crashes, uninstall and reinstall it again and backup your mods and cc to make sure you won’t lose any data. I know my laptop support DX12 and DX11 I might have to stick with DX9.

@seashellcats Your laptop is capable of running Sims 4, sure, but I wouldn't expect it to handle ultra graphics settings very well. ReShade increases the demands further. So this may in fact be an issue of the hardware not being able to handle the load. In that case, lowering the graphics settings is the correct (and really only) intervention.

I see, because usually I always have it on high, maybe I should set it on medium or low. Not only that, it’s my cc too. I had like 85.30 gigs of CC. I set it down to 60 now.. That maybe the cause of the EA app not opening the Sims game. 😖

@seashellcats That's a lot of custom content, and a large-enough pile to hide some broken files. if you're having trouble finding the problem, the 50/50 method can help:

I would also suggest at least considering cutting down your cc collection further, for better loading times if nothing else. You could keep all your cc but only put in the Mods folder what you're using in one particular save, then swap other files in and out as warranted. Or you could keep multiple Mods folders, or multiple Sims 4 folders, and switch between them for different saves.
