New PC Says mods corrupted

Hello, So i just bought a new pc so have moved from mac which currently i can play the sims on however when i moved my saves and mods across to the new pc now i cant play with any mods installed. AN...

    Well i solved it myself but posting here incase anyone has the same issue-

    I compressed my mods folder from my mac then transfered it to my pc. Then upon unzipping it came out as two seperate files- one called Mods MacOSX and the other just Mods. So i opened up the Mods folder and (not sure if relevant) went through and deleted all the DS_STORE files (mac file manager thingos) and then copied all my mods into the TS4 mods folder then deleted my local cache file and voila we have a working game again.
