No access to the gallery on my game

Do you maybe have an underage account ? Underage accounts can't connect to the gallery.

That's not the problem, I meet the age required and still am not able to access the gallery. Thank you though.

Do you have the go online option in Options - Other ?

No, sadly I don't have that option. Do you think this is the reason why?

Are you in the US or some other country ? Underage accounts depend on the country you're in. US is is <13, not sure about other countries.

The missing option is typical for underage accounts if you are not, you need to contact a game advisor
