@crinrict I tried repairing the game, but the occult eyes still don't show up. For aliens and mermaids, they show up/work no problem, it's only with spellcasters that they won't show up as an option.
@pennyoftroy You should see Vamp eyes on spellcasters but none of the others. Are you not even getting those ?

@crinrict just the base game eyes show up for spellcasters. I've attached a screenshot of what I see in the create-a-sim for spellcasters

@crinrict I tried in another save and I still got the same glitch
