No Management on add-ons tab in EA app

Question

I wonder if someone might be able to help?

I want to remove some expansion/game packs from my Sims 4 game. I am using the EA app but when I go to Library -> Sims 4 -> Manage Add-ons, there is no option to do anything. The most I can do is close the window.

I have also tried:

Going into my documents on my windows computer and looking up the Sims 4 file but this does not seem to have the packs on there for me to remove.
Opening up the Sims 4 game itself and going to the setting option. The tab for gameplay simply won't open.

I would be grateful for any suggestions on what can be done as I'm not having fun/finding much use with some packs.

@nemesiscur&nbsp;Uninstall the game. When you reinstall skip the packs you do not want installed.

Sadly it isn't a glitch, they simply didn't add a proper feature to uninstal packs, which is ridiculous considering the game has been noted to become unplayable for people who have purchased all the packs.
If EA is listening, though I doubt it, would love them to make the app do what it says it does "manage add-ons"
