No online acces options aviliable!

Soo I have a problem...

It turns out that in the sim making ¨room¨ you supposed to have a community button next to my library button but I don´t have that and when I check the settings on the sims 4 I don´t see an online acces options avalible in game options so what should I do? 

I play on my origin account and not my EA account...so is it there the problem is or??

'Cause I tried to install the sims 4 on my EA account but it didn' t work because I have already install it on my Origin account. Please help! I have no clue what to do!

    When I signed in for Origin I didn't have to write my age...have they taken my age from my mail that I wrote when I signed in?

    Could you check in Origin, Menu > Origin > Account and Privacy 

    On that page your date of birth is shown, if that is underage, that would be the reason why you don't have an online gallery.
