No puke coming out of Sims mouth, no sound

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim vomit
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time my sim vomits, they do the motion above the toilet, but no vomit comes out of their mouth, nor do they make any sound.
What do you expect to see? Vomit and heaving sounds. Lol
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I mean, it’s not really a big issue except for the fact that it messes with storytelling and immersion.
i looked through my mods and there is nothing there that I feel like would cause this random issue. I saw on a comment on MTS that one person is having the same issue, but I don’t have the mod they’re questioning. It must be some other mod we both have.
This is caused by a somewhat naughty mod by Tonicmole. It has nothing to do with puking, but that's what's causing it. Check out their forum on Lover's Lab, there might be a solution.
