No Ravenwood World after buying and downloading Life and Death Pack.

Hello,

I just started playing the game today, after the big download yesterday. I did buy the Life and Death pack. However, during my game and when my Sims traveled, I didn't see any mention or any pictures of Ravenwood on the world map. I did buy the Lovestruck pack a while ago, and I still have the two worlds from that. 

I did take out one of my World Sort mods thinking that might be solve it. I don't know if it has. I will have to find out tomorrow if it has. I have a Sim that needs to write a will.

Other than that how else do I fix this issue?

  • If you have Zerbu's All Worlds are Residential mod, check to make sure you have the latest version! I saw somebody else suggest that & I did, but I didn't notice I had an older version downloaded with a slightly different name at the same time. Worked fine once I got rid of the old version.

    I have the same issue as you have! Can not see anything related to the Sims 4 Life & Death EP in my game. no world icon, no mention of the pack in filters in build buy etc. 

    No change with mods or without. have cleared EA cache and also tried in a brand new Sims 4 folder. Am out of ideas now on what to do as I really want to eventually buy this pack 

  • ErikaEmmaS  Try manually removing and reinstalling the pack.  Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager.  Open [install location]\The Sims 4 and delete the EP17 folder directly inside.  Then clear the App's cache:

    And download the pack again.  Please test first in a new save, and see whether the pack loads.

    If this doesn't help, and you bought the pack directly from EA, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of the order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.  If you didn't buy from EA, please list the retailer.
