no romantic options sims 4

so my sim is marred to her high school sweetheart and they have two kids and they're so romantic like full

last night i saved and closed the game this morning i opened it i was trying to be romantic but there is no romantic option there is only offer massage insted of the romantic option -_-' 

what happened? 

N how can i fix it?
