@lovebite134--are you using onedrive or icloud drive? if you are and they're set up to sync/backup the Documents folder to the cloud, the Electronic Arts folder could be there instead.
@unseenlarks It says the folder is empty on the OneDrive , I even checked in the OS folder idk what that is..
- @unseenlarks I have one , but there’s nothing there .. I tried everything... I already repaired the game twice... I just don’t understand

@lovebite134--when you open the game, can you load your saves, or is it as if you're always starting over?
you can also find your game data folder if you go into game options -> screen capture. this will tell you where your screenshots and videos are, but they're in the main Sims 4 folder the game uses for saves too.
you can also try searching your computer for files starting with slot_. they're usually in (your installation drive) / users / (your user) / documents / electronic arts / the sims 4 / saves, but for different reasons your game could be using a different path. - @unseenlarks I can load my saves , but every time I start up the game , it keeps popping up the packs as if I just downloaded them when I didn’t
- @unseenlarks And.it tells me the location but when I try to go there , it’s not there

@lovebite134--if you can see your saves in game, they'll also tell you what folder the game is using. start TS4 and choose 'load game', and you'll see the thumbnails for each of your saves there. you'll also see a small icon that looks like a folder. hover over that, and you'll see the path the game is using.
- @unseenlarks Oh okay I found it now it was hidden for some reason. Thank you!
