@silver9899 Does this happen in a new save as well? Please test for comparison's sake.
If the new save is affected, please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and remove options.ini, then test again. This will reset all your in-game options to the defaults, so if this doesn't help and you don't want to redo all your settings, just delete the new options.ini the game will have created and put the old one back.
The next thing to try would be a different sound output device that uses a different type of connection, for example built-in speakers vs. headphones connected via jack.
- silver98993 years agoNew Adventurer@puzzlezaddict thank you! I've tried a new save but its the same in that, I then also tried the other suggestions with the settings but those haven't helped either. I've also tried the different sound outputs but nothing has changed it either.
