No Sound, Game Freezing and Items Disappearing on Exiting

Game sometimes launches with no sound, and then when I try to close the game, it freezes.What do you expect to see? Neutral/Not Sure&nbsp;‌I've seen that there's a bug where the no sound occurs if you minimize/leave the game unattended for a while. However I'm not experiencing that. Mine occurs at launch. It launches with no sound, and then freezes when I try to close the game, at which point all the objects and sims in my lot vanish from the screen, but other things are still there such as the wall. I'm not sure what's causing it to happen, so I don't know how to reproduce it. It happens very rarely. I've experienced it about 5 times since the release of Growing Together. I've tried repairing my game and resetting my folders.Including a picture of my lot without any of the furniture or sim after trying to close the game while the no sound issue is occurring.This being what it looks like upon relaunching the game

@thefailedbeta&nbsp; Please uninstall and reinstall the CMedia Audio driver, which, according to your dxdiag, is crashing quite a lot.&nbsp; Click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, open the Audio section, right-click on anything with CMedia in the name, and uninstall.&nbsp; Check the Sound section too.&nbsp; Then install the newest driver from Asus, dated August 16, and the HSA add-on.&nbsp; You can find both here:

Restart your computer before trying to play, and let me know how it goes.

I'd also suggest uninstalling Armoury Crate if you don't have a specific use for it; it's been crashing too.&nbsp; Asus makes good hardware, but the software can be hit or miss.

I gave it a try. I have no real way to know if it worked or not, because it was an incredibly rare issue. It's only happened maybe 5 times in the last month, and I launch and play the sims upwards of 4 times each day. If it pops up again, I'll let ya know. Thanks for your help.
