Not all debug items show

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except Vampires
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? I use testingcheats true, and after bb.showhiddenobjects, I think I get to see about half of the debug objects. I don't get everything anymore since a few months already.
What do you expect to see? All debug items.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I managed to save some debug items out of other peoples builds, these show when placing and I can save them in a room, but I know I'm missing out on a lot of items and I'd like to see them in my debug list. I already did a repair of my game 3 times the past 2 months.
