Hi @abby_kristine02

Did the game work fine that first time you played it? For how long did you play? Are you sure your computer meets the minimum requirements for the game?

If you installed any mods or CC after that first time you played, please remove them.

If that's not the issue, then put Origin in offline mode and try to launch the game again.

If that doesn't work, then try resetting the game files following the instructions here.
