not seeing the change out of wet clothes option

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have a Sim travel to Willow Creek
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims get soaking wet in the rain and stand dripping for ages
What do you expect to see? there used to be an option to 'Change out of wet clothes'
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Not sure if this is a bug, maybe something was changed while I was away. There doesn't seem to be an option for soaking wet Sims to change out of their wet clothes anymore, although it's not needed as they will eventually stop dripping and it doesn't seem to give them any negative buffs. I was just wondering if it has been changed.

Sounds like everything is working as intended?
I tested it just now during a naturally occurring thunderstorm with two sims.
Tomax ran outside to play in the rain and got the happy positive "Great time in the rain" moodlet. He's dripping wet but has no "change out of wet clothes" option, but that makes sense to me because he intentionally went and got wet and enjoyed it, and isn't uncomfortable.
Grace stood outside in the rain idle and got the uncomfortably wet negative moodlet. She gets the option to "change out of wet clothes" because she doesn't like being wet and would like to get out of them.
So if you've got positive wetness, then the option doesn't appear. Whether that is by design or not is up for interpretation. My take is that you can change out of wet clothes when uncomfortable because the game is giving you an option to counter the negative buff. But with the positive buff it doesn't need to (seems counterproductive to prematurely end a happy buff).
