Nothing appears in build/buy mode and the sims panel doesn't appear.

Question

Hello, Simmers and hopefully The Sims 4 support team. I have been having issues with a few different aspects of my game since the August 8th, 2019 update.

1. When I go to use the Sims panel in the bottom right-hand corner, the occupation, aspiration, Sim characteristics, and skills will not appear.

2. After I have clicked the above panels, build/buy mode will open but no items to buy or build with are shown.

3. Once in build/buy mode, I can not go back to live mode. I have clicked on the menu in the top right corner, it comes up but will not let me click out or on any of the options.

4. From that point, I have to force close The Sims 4.

These issues happen every time I am in the Sims 4. I have taken all my mods and custom content out, yet the bug is still in the game. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

@GibberishWish&nbsp;Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Hi&nbsp;@GibberishWish&nbsp; not sure if you've fixed your game as yet.. if it happens with 'no cc/mods' you should try also deleting your localthumbcache package, as residual effects of mods and cc can linger, Crinricts post will step you through that process.Perhaps try checking for any UI type mods and cc for updates here&nbsp;also&nbsp;my post here&nbsp;for other tips on fixing/maintaining your game with cc and mods.&nbsp;SashaI have no connection to EA
