NPC babies born at hospital disappear from game

I think it is by design, or rather let's call it a compromise Once there was a bug in a doctor's career. He had to help during labor to get a promotion. The bug was based on the fact that no sim in pregnancy appeared in the hospital. This bug has been finally fixed but I think not completely. If there is a doctor, the game produces pregnancies and ends this story with baby as soon as sim leaves the hospital after giving birth.
