NPC sims stuck with plate on their hands

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You would need an NPC eating with a plate who then needs to sleep
What happens when the bug occurs? NPC sleeping on their bed while holding their plate!
What do you expect to see? Place the plate near the counter and then sleep?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

‌NPC Sims are sleeping with the plate in their hands! Disgusting! And NPCs also seem to be eating a lot, and a lot of spoiled food too! So apparently the plate is stuck in their hands. Maybe the food was too sticky
