NPC'S disappear after arriving at lots.
The NPC's in the game arrives on a lot, wether they are invited, it's work related or they random appear at a bar for example, and then they disappears/leaves seconds after.

Yes. Whenever I invite guests for a party they arrive at the lot, stands still where they have arrived and then fades away and disappears after a few seconds. Another example is when my sim was at the set as an actress and all the people that worked there disappeared/leaved except for the producer.
I have CC, clothes, hair and such but the issue just came out of nowhere after I had been playing for a few hours straight.
