Objects causing game to crash

ilostsuzy  This sounds like two very different issues.  The crashing may be solved by forcing the game to run in DirectX 11 mode.  Open your EA App game library, select Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.

If this doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

For the invalid game license error, when are you seeing it: when you try to launch Sims 4 (as is typical), or in another context?  Is the EA App itself open and fully loaded?  Does restarting your computer help?  Most players who have this error have it all the time, so I'm curious what's different for you.
