October 22, 2024 Update not showing up

I'm aware that there was a new update on October 22, however in my EA app, it doesn't show that it needs an update. I've tried relaunching the game and EA app several times, deleting my mods, and removing the cache. It's almost like the update doesn't exist. I know there's supposed to be an overhaul of the occult systems in CAS, however when I launch the game, it's still the original system for making occult sims. All of the news updates on the home page when the game is launched talk about this "massive update", however the actual game and EA app show no signs of the update. I previously always kept my game up to date, and have never had any issues installing updates. My PC has plenty of storage (over 80GBs), and is up to date. Any help on how I could perhaps force update the game?
