Offer Massage

Question

Whenever I want two sims to do some romance stuff it only says 'Offer Massage'. I have read and done many things including removing all my mods and CCs. The only time it worked was when I named my 'The Sims 4' folder something else and let it create a complete new file, only thing with this is, is that I dont have my sims and buildings in it. Please help. Thanks

Update: It seems to only be these two sims that can only massage? Any ideas?

@MBolt04  Do they each have the other romance options available with other Sims or also not ?

They can do other romance stuff with other sims but just between them they cant

Edit: I have just checked, their relation is brother and sister even tho I didn't put that and now i cant change it... Sorry to waste your time

@MBolt04 Did you use the clone potion on either of them ?
