One specific Sim can't be loaded

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? The played Sim becomes unloadable. The game freezes on the loading screen of that specific Sim. All other households remain intact.
What do you expect to see? I got invited by another Sim for drinks. The game froze on loading and my Sim did not load again after restarting the game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I encountered a literal gamebreaking issue.
I got invited by my romantic interest for drinks and when the game tried to move there, it froze. After that I was not able to load my Sim anymore.
Even trying to load an older save file didn't work. Trying to move the Sim didn't work either. It was just that specific Sim. Other households loaded without any problem.
The Sim was still in the world and could be encountered by other Sims without issue or freezing.
Using cheats, I was able to temporarily add my Sim to another household. It worked and I seperated them and moved the Sim back to the old lot and it started working again.
However, since then that specific Sim is prone to that happening again.
I tried removing all Mods and custom content and it still didn't work.
The Sim is World famous and a Grandmaster vampire.
It appears that it is a character specific issue and I don't know what triggered it, but since it happened the first time, it happened a couple times.
I found out I can also make it load if I move another Sim to my household instead, it seems the issue is just that my Sim can't be the selected one and then it loads.
The odd thing is that it doesn't seem to be the save file, but the Sim itself that is affected since I can load everyone else, but not that Sim and I can't load older Save files of that specific Sim either that worked before. Something is wrong there and I can't figure out what it is.
As I mentioned, I removed all custom content and it still didn't work. So far I have not encountered that issue with any other Sim.
