Option drink potions from rewards store is missing

When I buy a potion from the in-game rewards store it won't give me an option to drink the potion.  The only option I have is to place it in the world or to place it in inventory.  I bought the potion called fountain of youth so I can go back to the beginning of the young adult stage. Please help.

      Yes, I use mods but it didn't have an effect on this in the past.  Maybe it's one of the ones I added recently or because of a mod update due to a patch. I ran the mod conflict program and removed all conflicting ones, had no luck, then posted my problem here.    Thanks for replying Crin.  I've been following your advice for years.

    Is your Sim a Vampire? If so this is likely by design since they are immortal.

    My Vampires can drink any other rewards potion but the Youth potion.

    No it's a regular sim.  Vampires is the only expansion pack I didn't buy. The game is not allowing me to drink any of my potions.

    Bug forum is vanilla games only. Please remove all mods. Mods become incompatible with patches and the mod detectors only find conflicts among mods not with the game.

    So remove everything and see if the issue persists.

    I removed all mods and tried again.  It fixed my issue.  Thanks again for your help.
