[OR] Fishing spot at Hermit's House doesn't work

I seldom go to Hermit's House, but since the release of Outdoor Retreat, I've been there with my Sims couple of times. Everytime I went there, the fishing spot (both the sign and water near the sign)...

This happened to me, too. I just saved, went into manage worlds, then went back in. It was fine when I clicked on the fishing sign.
