@Ariesdiamond1 Try clearing Origin's cache, and repairing one more time.

If that doesn't help, disable automatic game updates in Origin. Hover over your username, select Application Settings, and under Application (the first header), scroll down to Client update and disable auto game updates.
I got stopped at the first step when typing in %program data%. It says the file can't be found

@Ariesdiamond1 Make sure you're following the instructions for Origin, not the EA Desktop App, which is listed first. And ProgramData is one word, as in:
%ProgramData%/Origin

Ok. I did all of it and it still starts to repair/download all my packs again

@Ariesdiamond1 Once the repair finished, could you close and open Origin without it trying to repair again? Have you disabled auto game updates?
If the problem still exists, please let me know what antivirus program you use.
