Just bought Sims 4 (an hour or so ago). Had Origin on my computer, but when I opened it I kept getting the 20:2 error. So I trashed the whole thing and decided I'd just re-download it. Except when I try to, it can't complete the Origin download and instead just says: Origin.dmg Failed - File incomplete. I'm on Mac btw. Help.

IF anyone else has this issue, I solved it by downloading from Safari. My issue was using Chrome. Don't know why. But phew.

im on a PC, running chrome. trying to use even internet explorer and its not even letting me get to the page.
its taking me to a random download tab, with something to download for 6kb - but wont let me save/run it.
confused. lmao

i've had the sims 4 and origin for years, and this is happening for the first time for me today. the exact same thing. i uninstalled origin and now every time i try to reinstall it fails. internet explorer isn't helping

I'm having exactly the same problem right now. Although I tried to re-download it from Safari and now it's saying 'network connection lost', but my internet is working completely fine...any other solutions? 🙂
