For issues with purchasing, it's best to contact a game advisor
Game advisors can be found through live chat or call-back
- https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Click on the orange NEXT button
- Select a platform
- Click on the orange NEXT button
- Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
- Click on the orange NEXT button
- Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor or leave your phone number for a call-back

- This happened to me. If your problem is an error message, restart your modem by unplugging it for one minute. Plug it back in and you should get a new ip address so go to the origin website and make sure to update the credit card. This should work.
- Anonymous7 years agoMy problem wasn’t an error message, i was on the checkout but I couldn’t click the pay button
Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

Hi @slothsloth09,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with buying expansion packs. Could you open a new thread and add some details like what happens when you try and what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? In the meantime I'll lock this thread as it's an oldie.
