Origin keeps asking for product key
I'm trying to play the Sims 4 and Origin keeps asking me for my product key and when I enter it, it says it's taken. I've entered it once before, however, I only played TS4 for about a week and stopped but no one has had my game since I purchased it. I'm so frustrated, can someone please help me?
