Origin Web Helper Service
I'm wanting to clear my sims cache by following these steps provided by EA in the past. I'm stuck on step 5 because the OriginWebHelperService_Log cannot be deleted due to being "in use." Can someone...
I just tried up to step 5 and it worked for me. Have you made sure Origin Helper Service is turned off?
Go to Origin > Application Settings > Scroll down to Start Up Options and look for Origin Helper Service. Turn this off.
Exit Origin and try clearing it's cache again.
