@sandybruty Sorry for the late reply. Try downloading Sims 4 to a different folder on your computer. Don't put it in Program Files (x86), or Documents for that matter, but it can go pretty much anywhere else you want.

@sandybruty Do you use a third-party antivirus? If so, please list it. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
