@puzzlezaddictThank you for your help. Reinstalling Origin was the solution. Kits show as owned and download in the Origin. All of the objects from kits don't have the description. They appear as **DEBUG** in both EA app and Origin. They have a price and environment. No errors. I play on PC (Windows 11).

@Sylmos What language is your game installed in? Does it help to change the language to something different and back again? Please check whether the item descriptions show up in the new language again.
You'll need to use Origin for this process too; the EA App doesn't offer the option to change the language without reinstalling. Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, select a different language from the list, and let Origin download the language strings.
Please also be aware that depending on what language you use now and which one you switch to, your saves may not be available in the new language. That's fine, they'll be back when you revert. The cause is that the Sims 4 user folder's name is localized in some languages but not others, e.g. "Los Sims 4" or "Die Sims 4."

@puzzlezaddict The language-switching method has worked. I changed the game language to my native tounge, i.e. Polish, and back to English. Finally, the item descriptions show up in English.
Thank you for all the help you have given me with downloading the kits.
