[Outdated] Pastel Pop, Everyday Clutter Kits download/install issues

Same issue for me. Shows up as a owned kit, but not in game. I can click on the download button in Manage Add Ons, but it just grays out and no download starts. I have reinstalled the app, repaired, and removed mods. I no longer have Origin to attempt to change file location 😩. What sucks even worse is that it instantly downloaded on my niece's computer on the same account, but won't install on my home computer.
