@GypsyHeart4ever and @TooTallTori Please try reinstalling Origin and downloading your content from there. You can find a download link for Origin in this thread:
Thanks but I have tried reinstalling origin and redownloading from origin and it still won't show any packs/kits, just base game content.
@GypsyHeart4ever Which packs or kits aren't showing up? Are you sure you're only seeing base game content, or is there content from a few packs as well (and just not the new ones)? And is Origin running in offline mode? You'd see a notification in the upper-right corner of the Origin window.
Please list your game version as well. Load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen or in the lower-right area. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.
