Owned DLCs won't Install

Question

I have 5 kits that I paid for but the EA app won't let me download or install them. It starts to install and then I get a message saying I don't own it. This keeps me from buying more content :(

Any help is appreciated. EA doesn't reply. Thank you!

If you look over the order history for your EA account, does this transaction show as processing, completed or failed?&nbsp;
